When you request an estimate, we collect the contact information, project location, description, timing, and photographs you choose to provide.

This information is used to review the requested work, contact you, prepare an estimate, and maintain the related business record. An optional budget helps us review project options. Campaign labels and the referring website may be saved to understand how requests reach us. This information is not sold.

The owner can receive a notification containing a request reference and a link to the private inbox. Customer phone numbers, photographs and project descriptions are not included in the notification.

Project photographs and request details are stored in a private owner-access area. Do not upload identification documents, financial information, access codes, or images unrelated to the project.

You may call or text to request correction or removal of submitted information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
